Early Life
Sheeran grew up in Framlingham, Suffolk, and moved to London as a teenager to pursue music, self-releasing EPs and playing hundreds of small gigs.
Career
He signed with Asylum Records in 2011 and released his debut album, + (“Plus”). His later albums include ÷ (2017), which featured “Shape of You” and “Perfect”, = (2021) and - (2023). He has toured stadiums around the world and co-written songs for other major artists.
Legacy
Sheeran has won four Grammy Awards and was made an MBE in 2017.
